Track Your Order
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number. Use your tracking number to follow your delivery in real time.
How to Track Your Digispots Order
Enter your tracking number on the carrier's tracking website or use the link provided in your shipping confirmation email. Delivery typically takes 7–15 business days depending on your location. Orders to Finland and other EU countries typically arrive within 7–12 business days. Orders to the United States, Canada and Australia typically arrive within 10–15 business days.
Shipping Information
All Digispots orders are processed within 1–3 business days of purchase. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an automated shipping confirmation email with your tracking details. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to become active after you receive your shipping confirmation.
What to Do If Your Order Is Delayed
Occasionally, international shipments may experience delays due to customs clearance, public holidays or high shipping volumes. If your order has not arrived within 20 business days of your shipping confirmation, please contact our support team and we will investigate on your behalf.
Customs and Import Duties
Most orders are shipped directly from our suppliers and may be subject to local customs duties or import taxes depending on your country. Digispots is not responsible for any customs fees or import duties that may be charged by your country's customs authority. Please check your local customs regulations before ordering.
Lost or Missing Orders
If your tracking information shows your order as delivered but you have not received it, please first check with your neighbours and any secure delivery locations near your address. If you are still unable to locate your order, contact us within 48 hours of the reported delivery date and we will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
