Refund policy

RETURNS

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original condition, and in original packaging.

Do not send a return before contacting us. After your return request is approved, we will provide the correct return address and instructions. Returns sent without prior authorisation may not be accepted.

To request a return, contact us at info@digispots.online with your order number and reason for return. We will respond within 2 business days.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

The following items cannot be returned:
- Items returned more than 14 days after delivery
- Items showing signs of use, damage, or missing original packaging
- Personalised or custom-made items
- Digital downloads or software

REFUNDS

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you by email. If the return is approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or card provider.

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us at info@digispots.online within 7 days of delivery. Include photos of the item and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost to you.
