Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.
Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can monitor the progress of your delivery.

Shipping times vary depending on the destination and local courier services.

Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the destination, shipping method, and order size.
From time to time, Digispots may offer free shipping promotions on selected products or orders.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. This tracking number allows you to follow the progress of your shipment until it reaches your delivery address.

Customs, Duties & Taxes
